Note: The IRS defines which medical expenses are eligible under an FSA and the products carried on FSA Store® are in compliance with these requirements. However, FSA plans can vary and some may not allow all eligible FSA expenses. It's important to always check with your benefits administrator to determine which expenses are eligible before you shop. Orders with a subtotal greater than $50 automatically qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Not applicable for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
*All treatment plans are a subscription-based service. Payment of all fees is expected at the time of service. FSA/HSA eligibility may vary by plan. Check with your benefits administrator to confirm eligibility before purchasing. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.
All prescription products require an online evaluation with an independent, licensed medical professional who will determine if a prescription is appropriate. Not all patients will qualify for treatment. This service does not replace your relationship with your primary care physician. See our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Medical Consent for more details.
Treatments prescribed through this service are compounded medications, not generic drugs. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Individual results may vary. See our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Medical Consent for more details.
