Hi there,
We have one last chance to stop the kratom ban in Kansas — and we need your help right now.
HB 2365 has passed the Kansas Senate and is now sitting on Governor Laura Kelly's desk. If she signs it, kratom becomes a Schedule I controlled substance in Kansas — the same legal category as drugs the DEA considers to have a "high potential for abuse" with no accepted medical use. That means no more kratom, period. Responsible consumers who rely on it every day would be criminalized overnight.
The Governor has not signed it yet. That is why today matters.
π¨ HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO π¨
If you are in Kansas, call and visit the Governor's office directly and urge her to VETO HB 2365. Phone calls from real constituents are the single most effective action right now. Showing up in person sends a message no email or phone call can replicate.
If you are outside of Kansas, share this with anyone you know in the state. Every voice counts — help us spread the word.
When you call, say:
"Please veto HB 2365. This bill would criminalize responsible Kansas consumers who rely on kratom every day. Listen to the citizens and the science — regulate kratom, don't ban it."
If you have a personal story about how kratom has helped you, share it. That is what lawmakers remember.
Call or Visit the Governor's Office:

You can also send a direct email to the Governor's office using the ready-made template on our advocacy page. Everything you need is in one place:
No ban is currently in effect. HB 2365 is still awaiting the Governor's decision. There is still time — but the window is closing. Every call, every visit, and every email sent today makes a difference.
Thank you for standing up for safe, regulated access to natural kratom.
