How to support kratom regulation

We always pay close attention to kratom news because we care about maintaining kratom's status as a legal substance with common-sense regulations that protect both your health and your ability to enjoy kratom.

 

That's why it's been a frustrating few weeks as states and local government adopt exceedingly strict kratom laws or bans:

• Nebraska is weighing popular kratom regulations against an all-out ban.
• Hawaii was moving towards regulations, but the bill's been stalled.
• Colorado, which had been a leader towards kratom regulation, is rethinking its law.
• And Texas is facing outright bans.

The good news? All of these laws are being drawn by governments, which you can participate in. Here's how you can get involved:

• Learn about the KCPA (Kratom Consumer Protection Act) and how kratom makes a difference in Americans' lives.
• Contact congress to share how kratom has helped you and why you'd be in favor of a national consumer protection act.
• Stay up to date on local kratom legislation, especially if you live in one of the listed states. Getting in touch with your local reps helps, too.
