Hey friends,
Randy here at the Super Speciosa warehouse, where we're working hard to ship out all your orders. While I'm taking my break, I've been thinking about where our kratom comes from, and wanted to drop you a line explaining the whole process.
Kratom is a plant that is native to Southeast Asia, specifically Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Papua New Guinea. It's been used for centuries by people in traditional and indigenous ceremonies, where it's sometimes consumed by chewing on its leaves or mixing it into drinks.
While very small quantities of kratom are beginning to be cultivated here in the US, most companies source kratom from places like Indonesia, where kratom grows best and whose laws allow kratom to be exported commercially. Many Southeast Asian countries don't currently allow kratom to be shipped, even though it's commonly used in daily life there.
We source only the best quality kratom fresh from traceable farms in Indonesia. Leaves are dried there, either outside or indoors depending on the vein. Once kratom leaves are dried, they're crushed into a powder and sealed into vacuum packs to be shipped to us in Florida.
Once we receive our kratom powder at our HQ in Florida (where I am writing to you from!), we process it under a strict, controlled environment, where we organize it into small batches, sterilize it, and use third-party labs to test it for any impurities. If the kratom passes every test, we package it up and ship it right to you.
Our kratom travels a long way to get to you, and it's our job to make sure that it's the safest and highest-quality kratom you can get. If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Just reply to this email and I'll get right back to you.

Take it easy,
Randy
